Silksong is a great game, and I loved the story of Hornet and his trip through Pharloom. I decided that it was a great opportunity to work on a samll project based on Bone Bottom, one of the starting areas of the game.
Working on a character was fun, but to pose it I had to commission a rig. That way I had the freedom to pose it any way I wanted. I have made that rig avaliable for free to anyone that wants to use it in Gumroad.
I also experimented doing some simple particles in Unreal, it was quite fun to play with Niagara. Although I also used the fantastic EasyAtmos by William Faucher.
Over all, it was a cool project to develop my skills in Unreal, and I am quite happy with the result.
